Forage our forests for unforgettable moments of calm, quiet and clarity with in-between views of Cape Split across the Bay of Fundy in the distance. Breath (and touch) the salt water along our coastal trail near Baxter’s Harbour
About this flow experience
A Self-Guided nature walk that weaves through coastal shoreline and quiet forest paths. Breathe in the salt air. Listen to the wind through the trees. Feel the earth beneath your feet.
These trails are an invitation to slow down to ground. To reset. To reconnect.
In warmer months, the path is soft with moss and lined with ocean views. In winter, the landscape transforms - crisp air, snow covered branches, and deep stillness. A favourite for seasonal experience seekers looking for unique winter activities and ways to feel well through the colder season.

This is an outdoor experience in all seasons. The trails are unattended. Please check in with Guest Service before heading out.
We recommend:
Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots
Weather-appropriate layers
A warm jacket, hat, and gloves in colder months
Check in with Guest Service, leave items for the Nordic Free Flow in Locker, park your vehicle in the parking lot to access the trails.

During snowy conditions, snowshoes are recommended for comfort and safety. Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment. Limited snowshoe rentals may be available on site (based on conditions).
We encourage dressing in layers and preparing for changing coastal weather.
