  • All-Day Nordic Free Flows: offered Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly. $75 per person.

    3-Hour Nordic Free Flows: offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weekly. $75 per person.

    Golden Hour Free Flows: offered daily during the first & last 2-hours of our day. $59 per person.

  • 2 All-Day Nordic Free Flow Passes + Connected Craft Beverage - $125

Our guests love our Guided Classes for one reason: the feeling lasts.
Through guided movement, breath, hot, cold, and rest, these sessions create a noticeable shift in energy and focus that you’ll carry forward into the New Year.

  • Classes in our Wind-up category are designed to generate energy and lift your mood higher. Shake off what’s weighing you down, wake up your senses, and light your spark. Expect to be supported with more bumping music and lively aromas like citrus, pine, and spearmint. You’ll tap into courage, clarity, and vibrancy - creating space for what’s next. Come to sweat and feel invigorated in a journey designed to cultivate good vibes.

  • It’s time to calm the nervous system. In a Wind-down class, we’ll slowly let go of the physical and emotional tension we carry and allow ourselves to experience more calm. This offers space to notice what your body is holding - and begin to set it aside. Expect softer music and calming aromas like lavender, ylang ylang, and sandalwood. Grounded honesty, heightened awareness, and the joy of relief await you.

  • Classes in our Between Realms series venture through highs and lows, explore the essence of the elements, or uncover an untapped middle ground. Expect to be Guided through more than one feeling or state. Music, aroma, and breathwork are specially curated to take you on that journey.
