YOISA Rest is an evening of self care where Yin Yoga meets rest and surrender.

Spend 30 min. on your yoga mat in our Gathering Dome in deep supported postures, followed by a mindful walk to the Sauna for deep stillness and full breaths in hot and cold offerings. This offering is followed by a Nordic free flow for the remainder of your stay.
