Practice of Presence is an evening designed for deep rest and steady renewal. A space where you can soften, slow, and return to yourself.
Begin in our Gathering Dome with 30 minutes of supported yin yoga: long-held, grounded shapes that invite stillness and gentle release. Rest here, letting the body settle and the mind quiet.
From there, take a mindful walk to the sauna. Settle into the warmth for a guided savasana, supported by aroma, heat, and calm. Step between sauna and cold plunge as you feel called, awakening the senses, restoring balance, and clearing the mind.
The evening flows into Nordic free time, giving you space to move at your own pace, linger in stillness, or continue the cycle.
Rest is an act of strength.
